Sat 3 May small group skills paddle

If the weather holds I aim to put a small group paddle on for Saturday or possibly Monday. This will be a skills building session rather than a journey. But it's for people to say what they might like input on. We might go from Warfleet, Dartmouth. Likely to involve manoeuvrability around rocks. Max 4. Usual gear plus helmets. As for all club trips, own transport needed but car sharing encouraged.

    On the water from Warfleet Creek, Dartmouth, at 11:00. I'll aim to get to Warfleet shortly after 10 to give plenty of time. Either drive to the slip on Warfleet Creek Road and drop your boat, or trolley it down the path from the Warfleet view point on Castle Road (which is what I'll be doing). I can bring one spare trolley, and we can share. There's a few parking spaces by the view point, and more further up the road.

    There are toilets at the Dartmouth Castle, a few minutes walk away (or there are supermarkets on the way).
