Wed 13 Nov charts evening
There will be a charts evening on Wed 13 Nov 7pm to 9pm in the classroom.
This evening will be a practical session on how to use navigation charts to plan a paddling trip, including open crossings.
Pre-requisite: you need to be have practical experience in using OS maps and taking bearings to come to the charts evening.

I have not done bearings for years but would be interested to join with a view to the night paddle.
See you on Weds evening for 7pm. Traffic was very bad tonight, and there have been roadworks on Alphington Road which backed up Exe Bridges.
Bring paper, pencil, ruler and compass.
Sorry for late response, I've only just noticed this - I'd like to join if I'm not supernumerary..?!
