Dawlish Pool Sessions start 1st November and run every Friday from 7:30 - 9:20pm, Unti March 28th. More details to follow, but bookings will be taken on a weekly basis and your own equipment is required
Hi there we are new to the club this year- what equipment would we need please? Thanks
Hi Are you saying we can or can't use Exeter canoe Club shortboats in the teignmouth sessions? I don't have an Alf size kayak (he's 10) so was hoping to take one of the kids boats.
Hi Dana, If it's the Dawlish club, they require you to have boat/paddle/helmet. which you can get from our club house, if it's clean. Nose clip and goggles are nice to have.
If it's Our pool sessions, then all equipment will be provided pool side, apart from nose clips and goggles.
Hi Shelley, yes as long as its ok with our Mike, then boats from ECC came be used for Dawlish pool sessions.
Thanks for info are the Exeter sessions running yet please?
Hi Dana, The exeter pool sessions are not running yet. We are having a few discussions about boats with St Lukes, which isn't going as smoothly as we'd hoped. Mike has posted above, Dawlish pool sessions are open as of this Friday.. and some representatives from Exeter CC will be there.. Please do give it a try everyone, it is an amazing venue..
St Lukes pool were unable to offer us suitable times for our pool sessions this Christmas. Please, please follow this like to find out about an amazing alternative. https://www.exetercanoe.co.uk/discussion/2305/dawlish-winter-pool-session-4-oct-2024#latest
