Tides and tidal planning for 3-star. Wednesday 15th June

I will be repeating the class-room session I did last year on tides and tidal planning, Wednesday eve 15th June in the clubhouse / bar, starting at 6:30 p.m. This is aimed at aspiring 3-stars but anyone interested is welcome. Planned time 60-90 minutes plus discussion. Aspects covered: what causes tides; tidal cycles; sources of tidal information; tidal curves; tidal height; tidal streams; tidal effects; tidal planning including allowance for tide.
