There will be a SKA skills training day on Sat 27 June. The current weather forecast indicates that we might have SKA conditions.
If you are more experienced than sea kayak award and would like to come and practise your skills you are welcome to join the day.
Location will be decided later this week.
Nigel, I'd like to go somewhere new. Can you recommend a launchpoint near Looe? Talland bay? Millendreath it is. meet 8.15am at the club, or 10am at Millendreath.

I would like to help and can help with transport from the Club
I'd be interested depending on the weather
I am interested as I think I need to keep my skills up to date. If you think I will make numbers too large I am happy to drop out so the SKA people can go!
Sadly, my well made plans are failing for this weekend. I cannot make Saturday work, I'm afraid so will have to decline. Have a great trip.
Jane - I looked at Talland Bay a few years ago, but it would be difficult to lauch there. Millenreath to the east of Looe isn't a bad launch beach
ok let's go to Millendreath.
I will go direct
Fantastic trip! I didn't take many photos but here is our approach into Pelperro for lunch - back via Looe A bit of a mix of conditions although we didn't need this to make the trip interesting! !
