Sea Kayak trip Saturday 20th June- updated

Planning a sea kayak trip on the sea. Provisionally open to those paddling at around sea kayak award level, but I will review this and decide a location later in the week when the forecast is more certain.
UPDATE- plan is to paddle from kingswear sailing club slip way. Meet at 9 at the slip way. Please arrange transport and collecting kit as necessary.

Current forecast is F2-3 wind with a 0.5m swell.

They have had a big sewage problem at warfleet fyi ( you probably knew that). I will park in the car park and trolly the kayak over….do not trust the turns there! Rock hopping….. I love it!

The sewage discharge affecting warfleet creek stopped a few days ago, so water quality should be back to normal by the weekend.

Nigel if you are happy to drive a lift would be great BUT it is rather out of your way . I do have a car!!!

Laura - I am happy to drive and it isn't a long way out of my way to call in at the Club. I will be there at 07.45. If I give you a lift, I will have room for one more person and kayak if anyone else would like a lift.
