Thursday 2 January Sea kayak trip UPDATED *2

The storm coming through tonight / Wednesday morning is causing an increase in the wind and swell on Thursday. The wind is currently forecast as F3/4 from the North, with 0.6m swell at 10s from the South. As an Exmouth shuttle doesn't work for the paddlers who have signed up, let's meet at the club at 8.30am. If the wind forecast has dropped a bit further we could launch at Exmouth. If it is still windy we can launch at Starcross.

Please can you let me know if this appeals. I cannot offer a trip this weekend.

Hi Jane, sounds nice but just doing logistics for the shuttle? Maybe I will give Laura a text and see what we could work out? I don’t think connar would be able to leave his car because he lives in Ottery st Mary?

Hey, I'm happy to help with shuttling people back after dropping cars but would struggle to get back on bus to Ottery to late. Happy to look at options though to see if we can work it!

If I was to leave my car I would need a lift back to Exminster and a pick up a.m. which could be a pain for someone else. Happy to whatever if I have misunderstood anything….

Laura if you were happy to leave your car tomorrow, I don't mind dropping you back to Exminster then pick you up 7:45 Thursday morning. Only be a few mins extra coming from Ottery.
