Sunday 14th July Sea Kayak Exmouth or Budleigh
Sorry for the late notice. Does anyone fancy a morning only exercise paddle tomorrow morning. Launching either from Exmouth Beach (slipway just beyond the lifeboat station) or Budleigh beach parking in Lime Kiln car park. About a 3 hour paddle. Meet at 8.00 and on the water for 8.30. Could do slightly later by popular demand but I need to be home by lunchtime. If more than one person is interested we can launch from Budleigh (need at least two people to carry boats at Budleigh) or Exmouth if numbers limited. Wind light with neap tides. High water late morning. In my mind an exercise paddle is slower than Jane’s fitness paddles but the idea it to go at medium pace to maintain paddle fitness.
