Abandoned bicycle

There is an abandoned Dawes Discovery bicycle opposite the (short) canoe sheds which seems to have been there for a few weeks. It has two flat tyres, the rear has split. Does anyone know to whom it belongs? If unclaimed, I suggest the bike is donated to Ride On for refurbishment.
