The club really ought to buy a replacement K4

I have watched with pleasure the regular use of the club glassfiber K4 by four of our racing members. However, I was informed yesterday that an irreparable weakness in the centre of the hull of this 35ft boat is now presenting the danger that it might break in half while in use. So much so that the stroke paddler (the one who sits in front and steers while paddling) was aware of the front deck moving from side to side independently of the rest of the boat.
The regular use of this boat on the river and canal is a fine sight and an invaluable advertisment for the club. I implore the committee to quickly find funds to buy a second hand replacement.

    Racing bosun is responsible for the k boats and needs to bring some details to the committee regarding replacing it if he deems it needed.
