Tuesday 31 October Night paddle from the club CANCELLED
Weather is forecast to be wet, with winds from the South which may give wind against tide. HW Topsham 20.17. The water may well be choppy from Topsham to Turf so please only book on this trip if you are comfortable in choppy conditions.
Before taking part in this trip you must have taken part in two night paddles on the canal in the dark. This requires following the EWSA night paddling policy which is a white light at the front of the boat and a red light at the back.
We will not be back in time for supper. Meet at the club to set off by 6.15pm, expected return c 10pm. Bring a snack.
UPDATE: weather is not looking at all appealing. I've cancelled the trip. Night paddles are meant to be enjoyable not an ordeal. Hopefully see you on 14 November.
Please advise if you will be coming. Max 6 people.
