The weather looks kind on Saturday for a late summer (ever the optimist) or early autumn paddle. Light winds modest swell with a bit of sunshine predicted. This will be an out and back trip from North Sands carpark Meet at North Sands for 10.00 am to be on the water for 10.30. Off the water by 3.00pm and back to Exeter for 4.30 -5.00pm. Please bring all your normal paddling and safety gear and if you want to do some rock hopping please remember to pack a helmet. It is always worth bringing a trolly if you have one because it is a little bit of a walk at low tide. I will bring a couple with me. We will head out of the estuary and decide on the day whether we head east or west. The sea is warm however at this time of year however you should always bring paddling gear appropriate to the conditions. Please also remember your packed lunch, water and a hot drink if possible.
Numbers limited to 6 unless some additional experienced paddlers sign up.
Meet at the club at 8.30 if you need a boat and allow an hour to get to North Sands.
